01. Bottle Collection
Our approved suppliers source post-consumer PET bottles from reliable collection streams, preventing discarded plastics from entering landfills and oceans while transforming waste into a valuable manufacturing resource.
02. Recycling & Pelletizing
The bottles are cleaned, shredded into flakes, and converted into high-grade rPET pellets using advanced extrusion technology, achieving chemical purity essential for specialized rigid packaging.
03. rPET Film Production
Pellets are extruded into high-performance rPET rigid films. These films match the clarity and protection of virgin PET while offering a significantly lower carbon footprint for global supply chains.
